Hay guys I just found this site (so I have a lot of reading to do) but howdie

I have invented a method for keeping a knife in a sheath without a keeper strap and leaving the handle exposed

so you don't need to readjust your grip like you would with a deep pouch.

The tention on the knife can be adjusted.

the following links are a three page word document explaining how it works (with pictures)

good or bad I would like feedback from folks, thanks for taking the time to read my scribbles

Welcome to the forum Skip. That's a very interesting sheath design you've got there. I also had a look at your web site, and am quite impressed with the knives you have made.

I look forward to seeing more of your work.

What a simple, elegant design Skip.

A big "DOH!" went off when I saw the construction views.

I too dislike snaps, buckles, strings encumbering tools and arms.

Very nicely done. Thanks for posting.

Hi Skip,

Attached are the pics of the video.

As I remembered he only mentioned how it was done but did not 'show' how its done.

I was told that he had sold his company to his cousin.

"Loveless" is a lovely name for a blade!
