white antique

what is the product that i should use to act as a WHITE ANTIQUE

to outline stamped letters with.

Last time i did this i used White Cova , dulited with water over a resist.

the background was black, and i did have to work to get the White off

the black background?????

I use staining and antiquing medium I picked up at the local craft store, mixed 50/50 with acrylic paint (the 89 cents a bottle stuff). It's worked fine for me so far. Hope this helps.

Yup. Brand name DecoArt, staining and antiquing medium. Comes in a 2 oz. bottle, costs about a buck or so.

Sorry Freak, but I'm photographicly challenged at the moment. This stuff works just like antique or highlighter, except you can make it any color you want. Pretty cool stuff for cheap.

Freak this is one of 3 black Belts that i outlined the lettering with a

dulited white cova acrlic,I had a hard time getting the white off the black dye. and

I dont want go thru that again.

Luke, That is a real cool effect and great colors. Are those 1" letter stamps, or carved?
