I talked to sailrite the v1 and v2 ultrafeed's came with 11 tooth cog the v3 had a 10 tooth (you can still order this on their site) they couldn't source anything with less teeth. I can't find one to buy either. Yes you can reduce the size of the motor pulley but the improved gain may not be worth the trouble. You may be better to change the intermediate speed reducer configuration. If you know the size of the existing pulley's you could do the calculations fairly easily by going to the Pulley Calculator online. Go down to the Multiple Pulley Sets - RPM Reduction ( https://www.blocklayer.com/pulley-belteng ) section and enter your values. I was thinking about changing the intermediate speed reducer but my cad skills were non existent until yesterday. I search eBay with “10 tooth xl timing pulley” The BF style has a hub on the side, while the AF style has straight sides. The XL size timing belts come in different widths, and with or without the metal lips on the sides to keep the belt from working off the pulley. The teeth are pretty beefy, they are designed to match the belt exactly. Using the website from DonInReno Stock 11mm pully gives you a gear ratio of: 1 : 2.9 3D printed 7mm pully gives you a gear ratio of: 1 : 3.8 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
