I sell on etsy so i have the auto send coupon, though it'd be nice looking to send a postcard coupon, i think for me it would be overkill. Most people dislike being barraged, more so emails than a few cards with the product. A nice packaging job impresses me as a buyer so always make sure I ship with a nice clean box, nicely bubble wrapped and padded, cleanly taped. Always tracked and Insured. It blows my mind sometimes getting an expensive item myself that's haphazardly packaged in a nasty ruffed up box with little to no protection inside.
