Pfaff 335 stitch and noise problem

After a needle break my Pfaff machine makes much more noise. At first the threat was always breaking but that could be solved by sanding the needle hole with some sandpaper. But the noise continued. Now I have another issue. Some stitches are skipped on the bottem thread, or Some loops are made. I add a picture and wonder if the little “break” is normal. Also the thread on the bobin gets all messed up.

I would recheck your needle timing and thread tension, and makd sure there are no leftover thread pieces wrapped around the bobbin.  You could have also bent the needle guard when the needle broke, that could affect things as well.  Just my suggestions ....
