For any one curious to how this translates to English this is what Google came up with -

This sewing machine requires the "FEED ROLL" to be pulled forward to thread the fabric.
So this part connects with the knee lifter.
I don't have this part.
If anyone has one, please post a photo.
I want to get this part.
