timing timing on a Thor gs1341 cylinder

I have a THOR GS1341, LOVE it but cannot get timing set for some reason. any tips or anything I can try? I am rewriting the manual as there are MANY errors etc.

Why??? Just use the Juki manuals. If I am not mistaken your machine is a clone of the Juki LS-1340 series of machines.

Here is a couple of real manuals for you to look at.

The question is why is your machine having a timing problem? What thread to needle combination are you using in how thick of material?

I wanted those people who have the Thor GC 1341 to have a specific manual for themselves as the novice wont understand the differences.  It is not a complete clone and I have discovered MANY tricks and details that have made my work go so much easier.  I have included updated schematics, photos and videos.

If you’re going to rewrite the manual, make sure you get the hook timing section right. If the original Juki instructions don’t work on your machine, you need to figure out why they don’t work.
