If I am not mistaken your machine is a clone of the Juki LS-1340 series of machines. Here is a couple of real manuals for you to look at. The question is why is your machine having a timing problem? It is not a complete clone and I have discovered MANY tricks and details that have made my work go so much easier. I have included updated schematics, photos and videos.
