Members rawhider Posted November 27, 2007 Members Report Posted November 27, 2007 I've heard alot af talk aobut useing white saddle soap on rawhide. Is there any difference in useing white as apposed to useing yellow other than the colors? Quote
Members rawhide1 Posted November 27, 2007 Members Report Posted November 27, 2007 From what I've been told yellow saddle soap can discolor your rawhide. Mike Quote

HorsehairBraider Posted November 27, 2007 Report Posted November 27, 2007 Yeah - those names are close, I had to do a double-take! I don't think there is any difference other than color. I don't think that one is "better" than the other, just that one is more likely to leave your strings whiter. At least, I have never been able to discern a difference. Quote
