Custom Shearling/Sheepskin Gauntlets/Gloves

Hello! I'm looking to commission a piece similar to the attached photo. I'd want them made out of sheepskin or lined with shearling, with a shearling cuff by the elbow, and two belts to tighten them, one at the top of the glove, and one just above the wrist. I'm looking to get at least a pair for me, and possibly one for my friend too. The cheaper, the better (for context, I'm a nearly broke 17 year old with minimal leatherworking experience, otherwise I'd do it myself). How much would that run me?
