Saddle ID?

Hello, was hoping someone could help me identify a kids saddle?  I’d just like to know more about it.  It has handmade nails and I can tell it is very old.  Had the number 4178 but could be 4-78 as well, it’s hard to tell, but if it is a 1 it is much smaller than the other numbers.  How do I insert a photo?

Follow the prompts at the bottom of your post.  Resize photos so file size isn't too large.
