Consew slow speed no oil

I have a consew that i put a servo motor on and run at a max of 500 rpm fow slow speed work.

 

i am not getting oil up to the top end to oil the mechanism.

is there an adjustment ir differnt pump that works better at low speed?

 

the pump now is a vein pump, i do not think i am spinning fast enough to create pressure. 
 

is there a gear driven pump?

I don't know if the pump can be replaced but before you sew put a few drops of oil on the necessary parts then remove the thread from the needle and run the machine for a couple of minutes at high speed to drive the oil pump.
