Hello Everyone, I'm new to the forum and REALLY appreciate all the great info I've found here since I joined. Great place!

My question is; I've just recently started spraying resolene for my finishes and was wondering what is the best method for cleaning up your airbrush after you're finished? I've been running warm water with a drop of dishsoap through the brush until it sprays clean, is this ok? Thanks.

Adam,

When I clean my air brush , I always clean till

it runs clear then I hold my finger or a tightly

wrapped rag over the tip to create back pressure

to make sure you get all the gunk out. Then repeat

the entire process.

The warm water and a dash of soap is what I use as well.

I don't really like disassembling the airbrush every time but if I don't, it will not get clean and cause me grief the next time I go to use it.

Thanks guys. I thought it would be fine but I just wanted to be sure.
