Members Tido Posted July 31, 2024 Members Report Posted July 31, 2024 (edited) Hi everyone, I am getting into leather shoe making and I am drawn to the Seiko tf-6 (or similar models). Unfortunately it doesn't look like I am able to source one easily from where I am (Calgary, AB, Canada). I know that the Singer 18 is similar, but I was wondering if there are any other similar machines that people could recommend? Thank you! Edited July 31, 2024 by Tido Quote

The Seiko TF - 6 was a left handed machine drop feed machine using a max thread size of V92. I think this series has been dropped and now the right handed drop feed machines are the only ones available now in the TE series which also have a thread max of V92. Have you considered maybe a post bed machine????? I did a very quick search on Alibaba and could not find a drop feed cylinder arm. kgg Quote Juki DNU - 1541S, Juki DU - 1181N, Singer 29K - 71(1949), Chinese Patcher (Tinkers Delight), Warlock TSC-441, Techsew 2750 Pro, Consew DCS-S4 Skiver
