The South Central Leather Guild is another guild dedicated to preserving and sharing leatherworking information in friendship. Their mission statement reads:

To promote and share the ideals of leather craft, support the Guild and its members,

share ideas and knowledge and encourage people of all ages to learn the craft.

Jerome Warburton (Grayhawk Leather)

is the president of the guild, and with the help of Dave Howell, an old time Tandy Manager, has put together quite a collection of educational resources.

Johanna, I'm looking around trying to learn, and I just joined flasah. I got to notice that the South Central Guild sponsors them so I thought to see about joining the Guild. However both this link and the link on the "Leather Guilds" page sends you to a Chinese website. I don't know if the guild is changing sites, or if the site is active. But I thought I might bring this to your attention.

Sorry if this is already known and I'm unaware.

Yep, looks like a redirect. Also, the Greyhawk link pulls up Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

I will check into it. I know they are hosting next year's IFoLG show, so I suppose we ought to clear up any confusion.

The guild's domain is sclcg.com, not org. And the .com one isn't working right now because the domain name expired and we're working on getting that ironed out.
