art23 Report post Posted August 20 Hello everyone, so i recently bought a mitsubishi sewing machine. Where the model # plate is usually located is missing in this machine. So im just trying to find out what model machine i have.. it is very similar looking to a consew 206rb3 or consew 206rb-4. I also purchased a singer with the model plate missing but I know its a 111w155. So this mitsubishi machine has the large m style bobbin and is loaded underneath on the left side of the needle. It has a stitch length dial above the reverse lever. Other walking foot mitsubishi machines i see have that dial on the left of the reverse lever, not my machine. Anyway any help identifying this machine would be very much appreciated. Luckily i hooked it up yesterday and sewed very well. The singer i got came with thread that looked like 277 i know that its too big for that machine but imma try it since it came on that machine lol, maybe it was modified. Anyway thanks too all. ljk Report post Posted August 20 The machine is a 280L AKA as a precursor to some JUKI machines. Horizontal axis. M bobbin, semi lube, no clutch, compound feed. Very good quality.
