bernina 217 6mm

Hello to everyone..I have a bernina 217 6mm ,i has cam box with small cams..I bought it recently in good condition,but while the zig stitch works very good,when i enable cam box the sewing machine does a narrow stitch as long as the width is..In generally the cam box dont read the cams..I would some help if someone knows how i fix it....

@Antonispaul the cam box has 2 levers, when looking from the front and from above the left one is to enable / disable the cam reader and the right one if for the "reader finger" that is following outlines of the cam.

Maybe the set screw of the reader finger lever is lose? I only can guess.

The cam box didn’t work…The engineer set up the sewing machine
