Beaverslayer Report post Posted December 15, 2007 Sawyer, to be able to stretch the leather around the pan without leaving wrinckles or puckers, you have to wet the leather first. This will allow the leather to form around the edge of the pan. Trying to pull dry leather tightly around the pan is going to be very hard, and will result in the problems you're having.
