Are there any jump foot needle feed machines in mid size range?

Is anyone familiar of a mid size machine that can take a 135x16/17 needle with a jump foot and needle feed?  

I'm thinking I'd like to have one for some really small fine work  (don't want a wheel presser).   

Just a jump foot (a real jump foot) and needle feed only.

I had one in the mid 1980s. It was a Singer 31-something. It had a spring loaded jump foot. I used it to sew leather bests and lined belts with #69 or 92 binded thread.
