Members lovemycarbs Posted Friday at 08:37 PM Members Report Posted Friday at 08:37 PM Hi all! Newbie here! I am starting to learn leather working. I have been finding it quite interesting! I am needing some help identifying what certain closures are. Different methods of finishing loops etc... I have an image I want to share if it goes thru about a how a loop is secured . This appears as some type of rivet but I don't know what it's called? One side has a sort of hole and the opposite side is smooth and flat Can anyone help with identifying this?

You already have this posted in another thread by the same name. DO NOT DO MULTIPLE POSTS ON THE SAME SUBJECT. In that post a member told you the picture was unrecognizable. So posting it again is no help nor a solution. There are numerous resources both here and others on the web. Do some research on your own looking at different rivet styles, different types of snap, etc. You can look through online suppliers like https://tandyleather.com/?country=US, https://www.weaverleathersupply.com/, https://www.springfieldleather.com/ and others. There are loads of YouTube videos you can search and look at. The suppliers listed above have videos available as well, usually posted on YouTube. I'm locking this thread rather than leaving it to be commented on by you or others.
