durkopp adler 269 back stitch problem

Hello,
I am sewing back to finish after sewing straight with the Durkopp Adler 269 sewing machine, but the thread gathers at the bottom and the straight stitch distance and the back stitch distance are not the same. I am opening this title because it was suggested that I open a new title for this situation. I need your solutions and suggestions about this problem.

I applied durkopp adler 269 maintenance procedures step by step and the problem was solved. The maintenance procedure is not difficult, only at first there is a fear of breaking all the settings, but when you start, you want to continue and see the effect on the result. I was relieved when the improvement started.
