More likely to get an answer here. Can you provide more information to help solve your problem? Have you checked your needle for damage, is it threaded correctly? Was it working fine then suddenly quit, any noise, did it jam or lock up? Quote

Members nejcek74 Posted April 16 Members Report Posted April 16 1) Check first the obvious part as it is written above: - is threading right, is thread moving through the needle, check threading through every single part, i.e. tensions disks, check spring assembly etc. - check the needle, is it bent or damaged 2) is the upper thread going around the hook? 3) check the needle position to hook and hook timing, I suggest using the old adjustment manual for Pfaff 1245 (the successor of 545), needle and hook timing is described in point 5, but I suggest going through everything: Pfaff 1245 Adjustment 89_09.pdf Quote

All it does is cause more clutter on the forum. If you continue to behave like this, you will be put under moderation. Members Tigweldor Posted April 19 Members Report Posted April 19 Is there any bobbin thread left on the bobbin spool ? Has the bobbin thread looped over and then under the hook and now is jamming ? Quote
Members Scoutmom103 Posted April 19 Members Report Posted April 19 Here's a link to a video from Uwe, it's been mentioned in prior threads about the Pfaff 525 and the safety clutch. Quote
