Members RoddyJB Posted April 18 Members Report Posted April 18 (edited) Some idiot (aka me) has managed to lose the groover blade for his Craftool Delixe Adjustable Groover. I still have the creasing spoon attachment as you see pictured but have misplaced the grooving blade. I know I can get a replacement blade at Tandy Leather for $5.39 + tax but that’s a 2 plus hour return trip and $25 in gas. To order a replacement blade and have it sent costs almost as much, more than the complete tool! I’m on a fixed income pension so can’t afford it. Any suggestions? Or anyone have a spare? Contributing Member fredk Posted April 18 Contributing Member Report Posted April 18 You may not want to know this; but I got a replacement groover off ebay for under £8 inc shipping. Also, I had a choice of the size hole in it. I decided on 1.8 mm Quote
Members RoddyJB Posted April 19 Author Members Report Posted April 19 Hi Fred, The part is $5.89 CAD at Tandy in Canada.which is about $3.89 USD. I found one on eBay for $8.39 USD plus tax and about $11 USD so right back to $28 CAD I guess I will maybe leave it till sometime in the future when I’m out near the Tandy store without making a special trip.
