Members Radam Posted Saturday at 12:19 AM Members Report Posted Saturday at 12:19 AM Hi y'all, I recently came across this Tippmann 1500 clicker press at an auction for a decent price, and while I thought it was what I needed, it takes up a bit more space than I have to give, so I'm planning on downsizing to a smaller press. It is in gently used but working condition. This this is a tank that will last a lifetime. The press itself weighs about 500 pounds, and the table weighs 100-200 pounds. While the wheels are helpful for transporting it on flat surfaces, the weight makes shipping it a bit prohibitive. I'd recommend local pickup, and ensuring that you have the people required needed to lift it. Here's a description from the maker's site (current retail price new: $7500, not including shipping): "The Tippmann Clicker 1500 delivers 15 tons of cutting pressure at the touch of a button. Includes our Clicker 1500 stand with casters that allow you to move the machine around with ease. The casters lock out when the machine is stationary. With this kind of cutting power you can count on the Clicker 1500 to deliver a perfect die cut every time. The Clicker can cut a wide range of materials such as leather, fabrics, gaskets material, plastics, paper stocks, etc. The ability of the Clicker to die cut up to 1/2 thick leather, makes this an extremely versatile machine. The Clicker's cast-iron "C" frames allows for easy loading of dies and materials. Just place the die and material on the Cutting Deck, press the Dual Safety Buttons, and in less than three seconds you will have a perfect die cut. The Clicker 1500's large capacity cutting area (24"x 12") allows for countless die cutting patterns. Designed with only three moving parts, Clickers are easy to operate and maintain. The patented Air System raises the Cutting Deck to give you 15 tons of cutting pressure. Requiring no electricity or hydraulics, this die cutter operates off of 80-110 PSI of air pressure." Included is the press, the custom table with casters, an air hose, one large cutting board, and three smaller cutting boards. It doesn't come with an air compressor, but depending on your needs, I could include one for a negotiated fee. I'm also including some shim stock, an extra air connector, and a metal plate the previous owners included. I'm located in Portland, Oregon for pickup, and I'm asking $5000 or best offer. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like additional pictures. Here are some videos of it being used (not my specific press, but the same type of press): Here are some pictures of the press: Quote
