I believe it's a re-printing of a Naval Welfare and Activity publication by the same name. An excellent book for the price, in my opinion.

Thanks, Jim. I have bought that book last week in amazon.com and I'm agree with your comment, more than 100 designs and plans for leathercraft projects! An excellent book and suitable for beginners.

I have that book. I posted a pic of some flag holders I made in show off...that was taken from the surf rod holder design in that book. All in all...I see allot of good ideas in that book.
