garym Report post Posted March 26, 2007 Just wanted to post some of my work Well I guess that did not work. what happened to my attachments
wolvenstien Report post Posted March 26, 2007 after you hit the find button, you then have to hit the attach button to the right of the find (choose) button and wait for it to upload.... has to be jpg, gif, if it is not an approved file type the board just resets with your post waiting to be posted, but does not tell you that it cannot upload that type of file. Johanna Report post Posted March 28, 2007 I had trouble uploading an attachment yesterday, too. The forum uses IPB, and I received an email from them this morning that said they experienced some technical glitch yesterday, but that it is corrected now. Maybe try it again? If it doesn't work still, send me an email to admin@leatherworker.net and I'll investigate (include the attachment and I'll try to post it so that I know how to complain to tech support! LOL) Sorry for the inconvenience. Johanna
Johanna Report post Posted March 29, 2007 The problem was that each of the pictures was over 2Mb in size, and the forum wasn't processing them corrrectly. I resized them, and here they are...thanks for sharing, Gary....Wow!! Nice! Johanna
wolvenstien Report post Posted March 29, 2007 Speaking as a lover of wolves..... damn... not just damn, but hot damn... With that out of the way... Johanna... why dont you see about getting a few hacks for this board that you like so much that cant even pop up an explanation to a fellow traveler that he/she is doing something other than what is allowed... and not give pop ups that I am doing allowed things, but too often.... (that search thing I told you about....) I know this isnt VBull.... but I know there are alot of hacks out there that will allow you more control over certain features and what not... Johanna Report post Posted March 29, 2007 Wolvie- I'm about to do a major IPB update that is supposed to solve all the problems, end world famine and secure peace in the Middle East. You are right about vBull board mods (I have a vBull board, too) but IPB works a little differently. Any custom mods I do now will need redone when I do the upgrade, and I am just waiting for IPB to announce they have fixed a couple of bugs in the latest version before I leap off the bridge. It will be within the next week or two. Sorry for the hijack, Gary, back to the wolf pics you shared, and our regularly scheduled programming.... ClayB Report post Posted March 30, 2007 Hi Gary, I like your wolf puppy a lot better than the one I did. Maybe it was the lighter color you made yours. Mine ended up pretty dark and looked a lot like a bear cub. Have you done any other of Robb's patterns? I am glad that we finally got to see the pictures. You did a really good job!
