Members TacticalHeritage Posted July 4 Members Report Posted July 4 I am trying to make leather necklaces, but I can’t find the right lacing/string/cord/etc. what I’m finding is either too soft and gets twisted or doesn’t seem to be real leather. Looking for something waxed leather style that is similar to the kind of thing we used to get from Abercrombie when I was a kid. Any suggestions of what and where to get it would be hugely appreciated. Thank you. Quote
AEBL Posted July 7 Report Posted July 7 I googled "waxed leather cord" and found a lot of stuff that looked like it could be used for necklaces ... where else did you look? Etsy had a lot of them also. Quote
Members DieselTech Posted July 7 Members Report Posted July 7 I would say kangaroo lace would be a good choice. As it is strong & don't stretch much. Quote
