Members shoemaker4 Posted yesterday at 05:00 AM Members Report Posted yesterday at 05:00 AM (edited) Although not quite a leather sewing machine, does anybody know how to regulate/change the stitch length on 5100 series Union Specials? Edited yesterday at 05:00 AM by shoemaker4 Quote
AlZilla Posted yesterday at 07:35 AM Report Posted yesterday at 07:35 AM I'd look under the left side of the bed, right about in the middle of the machine. I think there's a stitch regulator adjustment under there. Just a vague memory from a machine I remember looking at some time in the last few years. One of the big dogs will no doubt know right off the top of their head. Contributing Member friquant Posted 23 hours ago Contributing Member Report Posted 23 hours ago From this user/parts manual on page 17 I see part labeled #9 that has numbers on it like a stitch regulator dial. "Stitch regulator end cap", 51185D Quote friquant. Like a frequent, piquant flyer. Check out my blog: Choosing a Motor for your Industrial Sewing Machine
