Cutting die

To be honest, I don't know the correct name of these things.....a wood or plastic base with a raised metal cutting edge that you place leather over and press to get a shape...I'm looking for some one who can do a custom shape.....basically an outline of the state of Tasmania here in Australia.

See attached pics.....something like the map outline, roughly 2" / 50mm square, but stylised, less detailed.....if this makes sense ??
