Ian Posted February 25, 2009 Report Posted February 25, 2009 Great color - a quality looking bag. By the way, where did you get the back attachment bracket? I've been looking unsuccessfully, and hate to tear apart another bag to get one. Quote
Members TimberWolf Posted February 25, 2009 Author Members Report Posted February 25, 2009 Thanks for the comments everyone! Bob- The bag will fit stock HD windshields used on the Road King and Heritage Classic. Also Memphis Fats windshields. Ian- The brackets are from Custom Metal Crafters. Usually a huge minimum order though, unless you luck out and thay have some left over from a previous production run. http://www.custom-metal.com Tim Quote
Members TinyL Posted February 25, 2009 Members Report Posted February 25, 2009 Your bag is beautiful! May I ask what oz. leather you used and is it possible to get a pic of the inside? Did you add something to stiffen the bag or did you just use a heavier leather? Thanks, TinyL Quote
Members TimberWolf Posted February 25, 2009 Author Members Report Posted February 25, 2009 Tiny- Thanks for the compliment! The bag is a 9-10 oz. No stiffener, because with a windshield bag it needs to flex and conform to the curve of the sheild. I'll try and get you pic of the inside. Tim Quote
