carr52 Report post Posted April 3, 2009 Do I need to set my camera on a lower pixel setting or is there a way to do this without lowering the pixel setting. I have a fairly cheap camera and I end up with low quality pictures if I set it too low. Tom

But I still need a new camera. This one doesn't have a flash. It the kind of camera that you would take camping and if it fell in the lake you wouldn't cry over the loss. Denise Report post Posted April 3, 2009 Tom The board puts a limit to the size of the pictures in one post. You can either take the pictures smaller as you are doing, or use your picture program on your computer to compress them. If you search there are a number of threads on different computer programs that do this well. I won't try to explain because, well, I really wouldn't know what I was talking about. I just know where to click on my computer to do that. Hope this helps a little. Denise

Billsotx Report post Posted April 3, 2009 Thank you Denise, I'll try and figure out how to compress them. Tom Open the pix in a photo editor, look for image size and change it, then click File, Save As and give it a name. That will Save your original so you'll always have that.
