I was just curious, as I've been experimenting with some of the new EcoFlo colors (last night, I used Thistle Purple)

Fiebings oil dye CHOCLATE.........EITHER FULL STRENGTH OR DILUTED FOR LIGHTER SHADES.

I have a 'signature' colour which I'm known for. It's a mix which gives a really rich, warm, chestnut reddish brown.

Horse Chestnut, 'Conker', colour.

Oxblood, smoothed over with oil after applying the dye.

I love my signature colours and gets alot of requests for it. Black and red it is.

about 4 years ago, when i first started... i got a red from tandy...it was incredible..nice dark rich red. can't find it anymore :no: i tried the "other reds" but found them too pink or too orange...not happy with them. but my favs are red and black.

I use Fiebings pro oil red and always diluted to not get it too dark. Check under my topics and you will find some work carrying my fav combo.

I like just backgrounds dyed medium brown.

What do you all use to dilute fiebings prodye?

sun (the one in the sky) tanned for a few hours then sealed
