same problem here, the pdf is only partial, and the rest nothing will open them.

Hey Coles carvings, what I ended up doing was, I took John Barton's idea and expanded it. It's really pretty easy. I got another insert for the cues. They make cheap cases in which you can pull them out of. If you would like some pictures seems a reply to this message.

I know this is an old thread but I'm looking at making a case and I cant get any of these to open correctly. Has anyone converted them to something that could be opened in Illustrator or a Adobe? Or have patterns I could use?  Thanks

If you are looking at PDF files, you should be able to open them directly in a web browser, without needing Adobe products. 
I know that I can open and read PDF files using Google Chrome, for example. I can also print from
