Our guild is researching a project opportunity for down the road. As most of you know Tandy has the "Lucky Eight." We are thinking of putting together a book (updated) called the Texas Ten. I would like you help in identifying as many names as you can recall of master leather craftsman within the big state of Texas.

We are considering publishing a book with most of the profit going to a local charity. We believe there are many leather artisans here in Texas that we can fill this book many times over, but I thought we put this out to you all to identify these Master Leather Artisans.

We have come up with a few names (not exclusive by any means) but I wanted to throw a few out. We talked about this late last year, but when we heard about Mr. Ellis Barnes, we thought we should speed this project up. Publishing this book will probably not occur until 2010.

1. George Hurst

2. Troy West

3. Wayne Decker

4. Bruce Cheaney

Any help would be appreciated!
