Here´s one of my latest projects, a Belt for a Bajuvarii Warrior about the year 500 p.C.. It´s made of veg-tanned leather with a silver-inlayed Buckle on the Belt. Stitching is natural colored wool.

This is a lovely job. Beautifully designed and constructed.I'd really appreciate a copy of your pouch pattern if you can bring yourself to share it.

Hm, there is only a cutting pattern. The design (stamping, stitching) was directely done on the Leather. The customer gave me a self-drawed picture with the measurements and stamping / stitching what he wants, also for the sheath. I think he will be very happy if he will not see directly copys.

If you want the cutting pattern you can have it, no problem. I only have to scan it, you only have to do your own desingns :) PM me for that.

I dont think that this way to fasten the Buckle was wide spread. But with this Buckle it was the only way. A Note to the Knots: First I layed a heart, you can very often find hearts on bavarian things from ancient time to today. And then a Four-Pass-Knot, the same thing like the hearts.

Aulus...I only just now noticed your post. Really nice themed look to all the items. Nice antique effect. The buckle is especially clever. Gotta remember how you did that.

Wow, that's really spectacular. I love that the entire set is designed, but not flamboyantly so. Very Norse. Great work.

@Luke: The Colour was just Antique Gel Medium Brown. I let it on the leather for 15 Minutes. This makes a nice antique effect.

@Gunter: I can send you this one Pattern (and to Ray too ) when my scanner is ready. To this time it is down and I have to repair it (but I have no time...:() Usualy I make the pattern how the customer want his bag (belt, sword scabbart ect...), and give it away with the finished Projekt. I do not have this pouches in Stock (I have nothing in Stock normaly).
