#1 and #3 are my favorites. Of course the carving is great, but I like that patina you achieved with the color - almost looks like antique carvings on fine furniture.

You done did it again Cowboy.....I really like that #1 myself, the carving is so nice and deep and stitching is perfect.

Do you do your own carving design and layouts?

howdy pard thanks for the kind words makes me want to keep doing it LOL

and as for the designs those are out of the Al Stohlman "How to Make Holsters" book

but i am working on some of my own patterns my basket stamp layouts on the other hand

are out of the back of my mind LOL

howdy pards me again with a holster i did from an outline of a single action Colt Frontier Scout .22 Wyoming collecters edition and it just screamed fringe and bucking horse with antique brass spots so here it is enjoy
