Grey or stone color dye

Does anyone out there know of a grey dye that won't rub off like an acrylic will. I need something to create a stone look, that is sturdy enough to wear well.

Fiebings produces a dye in white and gray, i have used both before with good

results. they are thinner than acrylic. so be guided accordingly.
