Members wildrose Posted August 2, 2009 Members Report Posted August 2, 2009 Looks really nice and the turquoise spots are a great accent. I would still bring the hat "band" down over the "hem" below it, but that's personal preference. I'd be a proud owner if it were mine. Quote
Contributing Member Jordan Posted August 2, 2009 Contributing Member Report Posted August 2, 2009 I would suggest a stitching groove to recess the thread a bit and tighten up the spacing of the stitch around the brim and main seams. I think it would give a more finished look. But hey, still looks great. Quote

Members TomBanwell Posted August 3, 2009 Members Report Posted August 3, 2009 Is there a wire around the brim? The wrinkled brim (in front) would look better if it were smooth. I suggest putting a wire around the perimeter that is under pressure, that is made as large as possible and held with a wire connector. Quote
