case for eyeglasses

hello all, i was just wondering if there is a pattern or instructions anywhere for a case for eyeglases? the potential customer would like for it to have a hook or something to attach to his pants. any help would be greatly appreciated..thank you

I took a square of leather, folded it over, stitched it across the bottom and up the side, and added a clip to the back. You can also make it longer up the back, and have a "flap" closure. This one had a magnetic "button". I'd likely do that differently next time.

One of the 3 books at tandy on making cases has a pretty involved pattern for eyeglasses, kind of old style but a belt clip could be incorporated.

Yes, in fact I think I used some of what's lying under it, actually, or something similar.
