Congrats on the blue ribbon.........it's well deserved. Very nice piece of work. Maybe someday I'll get to that point. Good work.

That is beautiful!! Did you have a pattern? I can't seem to do anything without a pattern- or can you tell me how thick the outer piece is and the lining?

Thank you for your comments. I drew the pattern on paper, kept the original, then took a tracing and did the notebook. Sorry [l o l ] I am not talented enough to draw my pattern directly onto leather like I've seen some of the masters do. I can only hope to stand in their shadows and hope to learn something.
