Members Jdavies Posted October 21, 2009 Members Report Posted October 21, 2009 Just finished this last week. Built on a Rod Nikkel tree. Tooling is a mixture of double border intertwined with flowers and leaves. My tooling is still a little rough so feel free to critique tooling or saddle. Photos could have been better, but my wife was gone and I was on my own with the camera. Quote
King's X Posted October 21, 2009 Report Posted October 21, 2009 I was checking out your cool TAPS and I noticed that you have a great defined ridgeline around your flower petals. May I ask if you bevel this are first and then pearshade them? Very nice work on the saddle. Good luck. Quote

Members particle Posted October 21, 2009 Members Report Posted October 21, 2009 I'm certainly no expert, but that looks spectacular! Tooling looks excellent to me. Quote
Members mulefool Posted October 21, 2009 Members Report Posted October 21, 2009 I really like your overall design and the combination of the floral with the geometric. Your style is a little different. In a good way. Chris Quote
Members Casey Jordan Posted October 21, 2009 Members Report Posted October 21, 2009 Very nice Justin! Nice unique and different tooling, great to see some creativity. That's what made you a winner in our contest last year, congratulations! Quote
