But i don't have pattern and i don't understand a particular: if i have a get done holster, and i'd like to create a pattern,how much stuff i need to add to the draw? MADMAX22 Report post Posted December 11, 2009 When you say add to the draw I am not fully understanding this. When you are doing a holster like this usually you outline the gun, then take the width of the gun and cut that in half, now add this (half the width) measurement to the stitchline. So basically your stitchline will be the outline of the gun plus half the width of the gun. When you wet form the holster this should make it nice and tight atleast in my limited experience.
