I'd take a little less waterproofing over sliding off the back of a seat when you twist the throttle, anyday. Quote

Members Patrice Posted April 29, 2008 Members Report Posted April 29, 2008 Well, being a part time leatherworker (read here hobby), i finished my item with neutral shoe paste and mink oil (paste), work for me.I polished with neutral polish, buff, then apply mink oil, and let it sit for about 2 hours. Then, i buff the whole thing with sheep wool then with a shoe bursh. Sure work well for me. Then, i try with light running water and then i see the water running off the surface But, i've heard of Montana Leather pitch. It seem pretty ggod. Does someone here already tried this stuff?Salut Richard. Je suis du Québec aussi! Bienvenue!(Hi Richard! I'm from Québec also. Welcome). Quote Patrice
