My Boys' First Leatherworking Project

After watching me for some time, my boys decided it was time for them to do a project. We decided on belts. They used to never wear a belt, but now they won't leave home without them. I love to see the pride on their faces when they show someone the belts they made. I think they did quite well for their first attempt. The brown one was made by my eleven year old from a plain blank, and the black one was made by my six year old from a rollmarked blank. They did these under my instruction, but with very little help from me.
