MarkB Posted February 9, 2010 Report Posted February 9, 2010 I have been asked to work up a pattern for a pair of slobber straps that would have buckles to help in changing bits with less work when using a Mecate style reins. This is what I have come up with. These can be tooled as well as plain, I have seen some that it would have been hard to do any tooling on. Please let me know what you think and if there is anything that might need to be changed to improve them. Mark Quote Visit My Website To succeed you must try, Not trying your sure to fail.
Members Dually Posted March 10, 2010 Members Report Posted March 10, 2010 Great design Mark, most of the buckle ones end up just plain. I like these. Can I borrow your idea? Quote Trust in God, but tie your horse. Randy

Members Dually Posted March 12, 2010 Members Report Posted March 12, 2010 Great website Mark! I did'nt mean to "pirate" your ideas and design. If I decide to build some, I'll order your pattern. I think they would be a real convenience. Thanks... Quote Trust in God, but tie your horse. Randy
