Sharpener For Razor Blades

Anyone have experience with the following sharpener for razor blades? If it works well, it might be good for box cutting blades and the narrow blades for strap cutters and safety skivers.

Thats a cool old tool... I do to keep my bx cutter razors and exacto blades sharp is what I do for blades in general. Strop with jewlers rouge on manilla file card board. Buff/polish edge with Flitz that I impregnate on a piece of denim.
