decker leather Report post Posted March 11, 2010 I've heard the beads on the stingray hides is like glass. Any tips on sticthing stingray? And I don't have a sewing machine yet. joshk Report post Posted March 12, 2010 i recently did a holster that had stingray applied to it.... i was told by the guys at Tandy to use a Dremel to grind down the bumps so you could punch through them.... i wound up just using the 1/16" hand punch, the one that looks like a paper hole punch, and got the holes punched without any problems....
