Hello from Denver WESA Market

Recommended Posts

Hello from Denver, wife and I are in Denver going to WESA Market. Anyone else from Leatherworker here.

Brought the camera if I see anything interesting that members might be interested in I will try to post or have Johanna help me.

Weaver, Wicket & Craig, Barry King, Don Butler just to name a few are some of the people we know that are here.

If you do not know WESA stands for Western - English Sales Association. One of the biggest markets in the country to see all the new things, horse and western related.

Hi Randy,

I won't be out at WESA, but some of the guys are coming out to Golden for Columbine's guild meeting Sunday night. Dave Reis, Pete Gorrell, Jesse Smith and Tony Laier will be there. Why don't you come join us? Most of them will be showing up at 6:00 at which time we will be serving a pot luck dinner for all our guests. Afterwards, Pete will be doing a demo. Perhaps some of the others will, too. At 2:00 that afternoon, Tony will be giving his coloring workshop for the guild. You are more than welcome to come for any or all of this. If you have Riley with you, he can come, too. I'll leave my cat at home!

To get there, take I70 west to Colfax Ave. My guess is it's around 8 miles from I25. Go right (west) on Colfax to the first light, which is Moss Street. Turn right on Moss, go 1 1/2 blocks till you see the fire station on the left. We meet across the street at Hatzis Hall, 952 Moss Street. It's okay to park by the fire station if there's nothing in front of Hatzis Hall.

Don't worry about bringing food for the potluck, that's the guild members' responsibility.

Hope to see you there!

Kathy

Hi Randy,

I'm at the show also.

I am only checking email once or twice a day, but, if you're not busy my plans are to be at the bar on Sat night watching the NE game. (I'm wearing a black top coat, black sport coat & will probably be drinking shots of Patron). I'll be happy to buy you a drink.

Regards,

Steven Siegel

What city is that address at, I have my GPS and I can put the address in to help me from my hotel. I am at the LAQuinta inn north just off I-25, Would I take I-25 south to I-70 then west to Cofax? We will plan on being there. thanks for the invite.

Yes, Riley is with us!

That's good to hear, Randy! I look forward to seeing you. The town is Golden. Yes, do take I25 south to I70 and then west. The exit for Colfax is 262. Hatzis Hall is not hard to find. Do you think you'll be coming at 2:00 or 6:00?

See you then,

Kathy

Hi Randy,

Went to the bar at the Mart over by the hotel. It was too loud to watch the game so I headed back to the hotel.

See you another time, Maybe in Sheridan. My wife is checking flights.

Best Regards,

Steve
