Roger Report post Posted April 13, 2008 just finished this seat and fender panel up. this had to be the hardest one i've covered! took me nearly two hours to get the cover on it but, it's smooth and tight

Froghunter Report post Posted April 13, 2008 Simply magnificent Beez! Once again I stand in awe! Some day I would like to be a fly on the wall and watch you do one of your seats. Keep it up my friend!
David Report post Posted April 13, 2008 (edited) Now I really like this one Beeze. I'll bet it was difficult, it is essentially square. I'd love to see a feather tutorial..... you do them so well. I just finished a black version of the Victorian Scroll, but I'm not even going to post it after seeing this..... I too would like to know how you make those feathers. thanks again for all the comments! this is one of my favorite colors. show that seat david! (even though it's black) this artwork was provided to me. i did a bit of studing feathers and how i think they should look and lay. i used a couple tools that clayb suggested for the feathers. i'm sure there are other ways but these two tools work well for me. the only feathers i have done have been the three or four seats this year. funny how i have never done any before and i've now done a bunch in a row. the two tool are.. F120 and F121
abn Report post Posted April 15, 2008 Absolutely beautiful work! Does it ever bother you that your finest work is often covered up by some biker's big, sweaty rear-end? 'Course I suppose you could say the same thing about my wallets... Great job (as usual)! Alex
anne newkold Report post Posted April 15, 2008 Would you think about modifying your pattern some and send me a copy since I do not draw well? I would love to have a copy of it! If not I understand. What I was thinking was turning the very top part of the wing into an American Flag. Just a thought. I thought that would look really cool.
