Purse Patterns, Other Small Items

Hi all,

I am trying to design, or find some designs of some fairly easy purses and/or other items that are somewhat easy to make, medium time investment, but I am having a booth at our week long summer quarter horse show, and all my proceeds will go to my trip to Oklahoma, but I need more items to put in my booth. I have a pattern for a stirrup purse, a version of Tandy's miley string purse (but can't get the gusset in correctly), so I am looking for items that girls would love, would go over at horse show type venues, etc.

Does anyone have any ideas or patterns of other purses they could share? I am trying to think of other things other than purses and am just drawing a blank......ideas and any patterns appreciated !!

Hi equiss,

I found this on youtube:

. This guy makes all sorts of hand bags and he shows you how to make the patterns. In one of his videos he also shows you how to set the gusset. You can change the design of the bags he makes ( they are classics) to make them how ever you would like. Good luck with your booth.
